Product Purchases
We aim to dispatch online orders within 3–5 working days, although many orders are dispatched sooner. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including postal or courier delays.
Products may only be returned if they are unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you of any delay and, where appropriate, may offer a suitable alternative.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your skin, we strongly recommend seeking advice from us before purchasing. Whilst we are happy to provide guidance, customers remain responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their individual needs and circumstances.
Gift Vouchers
Physical and e-gift vouchers will display an expiry date. Extensions will only be granted at our discretion and in exceptional circumstances.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Treatment Bookings
We do not normally require a deposit when booking treatments; however, we reserve the right to request a deposit for certain treatments, individuals or circumstances.
We reserve the right to cancel, amend or withdraw treatments and services at any time. Where possible, a suitable alternative or rearranged appointment will be offered.
We also reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment where we believe it is not in the client's best interests, is unsuitable, or where health, safety or professional considerations make treatment inappropriate.
Consultations & Medical Information
Consultation forms must be completed honestly and to the best of your knowledge. Failure to provide accurate information may affect the suitability, safety or effectiveness of a treatment.
All personal information is treated confidentially and stored securely. Consultation records are normally retained for up to seven years, after which they may be securely destroyed.
You have the right to request access to personal information held about you. Requests should be made in writing.
Courses of Treatment
Courses of treatment are intended for use by the individual who purchased them and are non-transferable.
Courses should be completed within a reasonable timeframe. Where a course cannot be completed due to exceptional circumstances, we will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative solution.

Liability
Whilst every reasonable care is taken, The Haven Spa cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to personal belongings whilst visiting our premises.
Nothing within these terms and conditions excludes or limits any rights afforded to consumers under applicable UK law.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this website.
