Service Description

This is a one to one consultation at the charge if this will be offset against any products or treatments made. Skincare - skincare is confusing. The choice is vast and the products available seem to change frequently. Many of our choices are influenced by the current newest trend, in-store and on-line promotions that can prompt a purchase that may not be suitable for the skin. During the consultation we will chat about your current and past skin care and suitable products will be suggested. There is no hard sell and you are welcome to, where possible test some of the products whilst in the Garden Room and then take time to consider your choices and ask any questions that may occur to you at a later date. Shopping - Do you have a Special Occasion or need to Treat Yourself? Well bring your list or a persons likes and dislikes and we will carefully go through suitable presents together. From Cleansers to Candles and Gift Sets to Gift Vouchers there are plenty of Multi Award Winning Items to Choose From. Consultation - Not sure what treatments are right for you? Together we can discuss your skincare routine, what might be changed to improve your skin or how it can be simplified. We can discuss what outcome you would like to achieve and if certain treatments offered individually, as a combination over a period of time, or a course of treatments would be more suitable. There is no pressure to decide at your consultation time. Careful discussion, planning and thought can be taken before the final decision is made.


Cancellation Policy

We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost. No-shows without prior notification will incur 100% of your appointment cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse to offer further or additional treatments to an individual.
