You will need to be signed in to your account when leaving website reviews so we can award your points.     Leave a  Google review sharing your experience of The Haven Spa, our products, treatments, customer service, knowledge, or how we have helped you, and receive 100 points per review.

    All reviews are checked before points are awarded.

     

    Points are added manually and may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account

    Turn your feedback into savings.

    Redeem your points against future purchases throughout our website.

    Terms & Conditions

    • The promotion runs until 20 December 2026.

    • Participants must have a registered account on our website and be signed in when submitting website reviews.

    • Reviews must be genuine and based on the customer's own experience of a product, treatment or service received from The Haven Spa.

    • Eligible reviews include:

      • Reviews of The Haven Range® products.

      • Reviews of other products sold by The Haven Spa & Sports Therapy 

      • Reviews of treatments received at The Haven Spa & Sports Therapy 

      • Genuine Google reviews relating to your experience with The Haven Spa or Haven Sports Therapy

    • Qualifying reviews will receive 100 reward points per review.

    • All reviews are manually checked and verified before points are awarded.

    • Points may take up to 24 hours to appear. 

    • A maximum of 10 qualifying reviews per person may be rewarded during the promotion.

    • The maximum reward available through this promotion is 1,000 points (£10 value) per person.

    • Reviews must comply with our website policies and must not contain misleading, offensive, defamatory or fraudulent content.

    • Duplicate reviews, spam reviews or reviews submitted solely to gain reward points may be rejected.

    • Reward points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.

    • Points may only be used by the account holder who earned them.

    • Reward points may be redeemed against eligible purchases made through our website.

    • Available points will automatically appear at checkout when you are signed in to your account.

    • All points earned through this promotion must be redeemed by 1 February 2027.

    • Any unused promotional points remaining after 1 February 2027 will expire.

    • The Haven Spa reserves the right to refuse, remove or withhold points where reviews are found to be fraudulent, misleading or in breach of these terms.

    • The Haven Spa reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time where necessary.
