• Offer valid Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th October 2026 only.
• Treatments do not need to take place during the promotional weekend. Appointments may be booked for any available date up to and including 28th July 2027, subject to availability.
• All treatments must be booked and paid for in full during the promotional weekend to qualify for the promotional price.
• Promotional bookings are non-transferable.
• If a treatment booked under this promotion is cancelled or rescheduled by the client, The Haven Spa reserves the right to withdraw the promotional discount and charge the treatment at the full current price.
• All treatments remain subject to consultation and medical suitability. If, following consultation, a treatment is considered unsuitable, contraindicated or cannot be safely carried out, The Haven Spa reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative treatment or rearrange the appointment where clinically appropriate.
• The promotional discount cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings, previous purchases or appointments already made.
• Payments received after the promotional weekend will be charged at the standard price, regardless of when the enquiry or booking was made.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, package, promotion, loyalty reward, discount code or membership benefit.
• Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase treatments or retail products under this promotion.
• The promotion applies to full-price treatments and retail products only.
• Retail products include The Haven Range, Eve Taylor, Temple Spa, the Temple Spa Christmas Collection (subject to availability), and beauty, skincare and wellness accessories stocked by The Haven Spa.
• Retail product orders must be placed during the promotional weekend. Payment arrangements (including cash on collection, where agreed) may be made, provided the order is placed during the promotional weekend.
• Products are subject to availability. Where an item becomes unavailable, a suitable alternative may be offered.
• No cash alternative is available.
• The Haven Spa reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this necessary.
