By applying carefully selected acids, peels stimulate cell renewal, smooth texture, boost collagen and elastin, and enhance hydration. The result is stronger, healthier, and more radiant skin. The Lactic Peel 10% is a gentle, introductory peel ideal for first-time clients or those with dullness, light pigmentation, or the very first signs of ageing. With lactic acid at 10% and a pH of 2.3, it gently exfoliates dead skin cells, brightens uneven tone, and improves hydration, leaving the skin soft, smooth, and refreshed. Refrain from exercise, swimming, saunas, or any activity that raises body temperature for 24–48 hours post-treatment. Wear a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ sunscreen daily for at least 30 days after your peel. Do not use exfoliating products, Vitamin A, Retinol, or anti-ageing creams for 7 days following your treatment. Avoid touching your face unnecessarily, as the skin is more vulnerable to bacteria post-peel. Avoid make-up for 48 hours; if required, use mineral-based formulas. If undergoing a course of treatments, your therapist will provide tailored advice.
Cancellation Policy
We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost. No-shows without prior notification will incur 100% of your appointment cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse to offer further or additional treatments to an individual.
