### Lash Lift Achieve beautifully lifted, lengthened-looking lashes without the need for extensions. Our lash lift works with your **natural lashes**, lifting them from the root to create the appearance of longer, fuller and more defined lashes. We use specially designed **Korean lash lift shields** to create a precise, beautifully shaped lift, tailored to the length and natural growth pattern of your lashes. The result is an effortless, wide-eyed look with beautifully curled and lifted lashes that can last **approximately 6–8 weeks**, depending on your natural lash growth cycle. Unlike lash extensions, there are no additional lashes applied — just your own natural lashes, beautifully enhanced. ### Aftercare, Lash-Loving Ingredients & Allergy Advice To help maintain your lash lift and keep your natural lashes conditioned, you will receive an aftercare bag containing: • Aftercare information card • Mascara wand for gently brushing and separating the lashes • Nourishing lash aftercare lotion The aftercare lotion helps to moisturise and condition the natural lashes following your treatment and support the longevity and appearance of your lash lift. Our lash lifting products contain a carefully selected blend of conditioning and moisturising ingredients, including **Biotin, Hydrolysed Rice, Wheat & Soy Proteins, Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide), Hyaluronic Acid, Cocoa Butter, Aloe Vera and Hydrolysed Silk**, helping to condition, moisturise and maintain the healthy appearance of your natural lashes. The formulation also includes **Liquorice, Horsetail, Marshmallow, Rosemary, Chamomile, Arnica Montana and Apricot extracts**, selected for their conditioning and soothing properties. **Patch testing is required 24–48 hours before every lash lift appointment.** Please advise us of any known allergies or sensitivities when booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost. No-shows without prior notification will incur 100% of your appointment cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse to offer further or additional treatments to an individual.
