Service Description
A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your first chemical peel to ensure your skin is suitable and to minimise the risk of irritation or sensitivity. A small amount of the peel solution is applied to a discreet area, usually behind the ear or on the inner arm. This simple procedure allows us to check for any adverse reactions and helps us choose the most appropriate peel strength for your skin type. Duration: 10 minutes
Cancellation Policy
We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost. No-shows without prior notification will incur 100% of your appointment cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse to offer further or additional treatments to an individual.
