Both treatments must be taken during the same appointment. The treatments must be taken by the same person. Gift vouchers cannot be issued for this offer. Gift vouchers cannot be used towards this offer. Treatments must be booked while this offer is running and taken between September 2026** and November 2026** Rescheduling an appointment may result in the offer becoming invalid, in which case the full price of the treatments will be charged
Cancellation Policy
We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost. No-shows without prior notification will incur 100% of your appointment cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse to offer further or additional treatments to an individual.
