Skin Booster Consultation A skin booster consultation is a personalised assessment designed to determine the most suitable treatment approach for improving skin hydration, texture and overall skin quality. During the consultation, we will: Discuss your skin concerns and treatment goals Assess skin condition, elasticity and hydration levels Review your medical history and suitability for treatment Explain the different types of skin boosters available and how they work Recommend a tailored treatment plan, including expected results and treatment frequency This consultation ensures skin booster treatments are appropriate for your skin and aligned with realistic, long-term skin health goals. Consultation Fee A consultation fee applies and reflects the time and professional assessment involved. The cost of the consultation can be redeemed against skin booster treatment carried out at the same appointment, or offset against skincare products purchased at the time of treatment. If you choose not to proceed, the consultation still provides professional guidance and personalised skin advice.
Cancellation Policy
We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost. No-shows without prior notification will incur 100% of your appointment cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse to offer further or additional treatments to an individual.
