Submental Contouring Consultation A submental contouring consultation is a personalised assessment designed to determine the most suitable approach for improving definition in the area beneath the chin and along the jawline. During the consultation, we will: Discuss your concerns and treatment goals Assess the submental area, including skin quality, tissue laxity and localised fullness Review your medical history and suitability for treatment Explain the treatment options available and what results may be achievable Discuss the recommended treatment plan and expected progression This consultation ensures that submental contouring is appropriate for you and that any treatment is planned safely and realistically. Consultation Fee A consultation fee applies and reflects the time and clinical assessment involved. The cost of the consultation can be redeemed against submental contouring treatment carried out at the same appointment, or offset against skincare products purchased at the time of treatment. If you choose not to proceed, the consultation still provides professional guidance tailored to your individual needs.
Cancellation Policy
We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost. No-shows without prior notification will incur 100% of your appointment cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse to offer further or additional treatments to an individual.
